Rigid Industries Group Buy -- 11/26 to 11/30"

Hopefully I can get my order within the next two week cause im moving in january. :-\ yikes lol

 

Have you called them to check on the status? I called 3 times today and each time they answered. My contact is away from the office in the middle of a move. I spoke to Darren today who was quite helpful.

 

So when is the next group buy going to be? We just got a new truck and need some more foglights for the front of it.

 

no i havent called but i will do that today.

 

Got through to them today, the guy handling the GB should be back tomorrow and calling folks back.

 

Anyone get an update on the ones that havent shopped yet?

 

They told me last Friday (21 dec) to expect it this past Monday (24 dec). Nothing yet. Called and left a message today (28 dec) I ordered the 10" SR.

 

im still waiting i ordered the 20" SR

 

Everytime I call no one picks up the phone. Ive left a message a couple days ago and nothing yet. Guess ill leave another one again. Blah this blows

You guys should almost just contact the wholesaler directly, if you could find out who this is, and see what the hold up is. The lights are likely being purchased this way rather then through Rigid Industries.

 

I was just on the phone with the vendor. He told me that everyone's has shipped with the exception of 1, that person's card was declined when the payment was processed (have you guys checked to see if you were even charged?). He said he had reached out to you regarding it.

If you have not received your order, PM me your full name and I will request the tracking number.

 

And it sounds like Dwayne in Alaska got 2" for free lol

Ok so I just spoke to the Vendor again....

Looks like for those that have not received theres its due to a delay by Rigid themselves. Rigid's original ship date was prior to Christmas, as of today when he called it it next week for the 2 that have paid. All that received theirs were either in stock items at the warehouse or Rigid had them in their stock to ship. Chris from the Vendor tried calling you 2 today left a VM for one and the others VM box is full. He will try back on Monday as he is in New Jersey.

There is a 3rd person that has not yet received and their 1st name is Chris and from CA (assuming deadhed). Your original purchase card could not be ran. The vendor has left you a VM but has not heard back.

 

These lights tough to install yourself?

 

Yeah got his voicemail today, I guess he didn't get the 3 #'s on the back of my card or something so he could run it.... I should have known that..

No worries, I'm just trying to be the in between but want to try and make everyone happy as much as I can.
