If anyone needs a tent right now for a good deal check out Tepui Tents. They are in Santa Cruz, CA. and for the basically same tent as CVT and the others and they are cheaper out the gate without a group buy. And I have a code that can get you additional $50 off if you order from their website.

I'm not affiliated with them (other than owning one of their tents), but I just like to let others know about something I think is a good product.

Yup I have the tepui and use it all the time. Would not have bought a different one. They kill the prices of everyone else. I've slept in it the last 4 nights and it's been about 10 degrees.

You guys realize this is the CVT thread right? Maybe not the best place to try and sell a Tepui :notsure:

They are definitely not the same tent.

You realize I don't care. Minus the hardware they are about the same. When I set mine up next to my biddies cvt they are about identical. But clearly you are a cvt fan boy so I'll let you have your moment. I've been in this thread since the GB and it started my search. The only reason I went tepui is because I didn't have to pay shipping there is a local dealer by me.

Agreed... It would be appropriate to delete your post. Please start your own thread for that.

Neat. Reported. Btw I'm a CVT dealer, not fanboy. All rooftop tents look similar, the difference is quality and customer service. You bought a tepui, cool, good for you. Just please don't try and push an alternative product in a thread clearly devoted to the promotion of another.

Did you even read what you just said? Basically? Cheaper out the gate without a group buy? Did you even compare pricing? Product?
While I do appreciate your love for your Tepui, with that being said you should start a new thread about it.
These folks they also have a great product or they would not be on here.
    Best regards,

    Bobby

I do like your setup! Also watch out for those ladders as they have been known to fail. Just letting you know.

I don't know where they get there pricing unless there counting out the shipping. Ive compared prices on all the tents, sizes and what not. still think CVT better of the two

Didn't bother with them... It was too cold!

I think the awning & my fairing will block them though. May have to figure out another option.

Just so you know. We bend them at the bottom to go around the awning. We have drilled holes in the fairing so they will go through that also. Just fyi.
