Yes but nothing as severe as other it seems. Mines just pulses very slightly when first turned on now that it's pretty cold in the morning.

Does anyone know if having the fxr 55w bulbs be to hot to have halos on the from of the shroud? Would the heat from the projector cause any shorts in the led halo?

My passenger side is doing the exact same thing. Have to turn lights on twice to get it to light. Where did you ground? I went to the ground behind the washer fluid bottle.

Same issue here. Passenger side also. I can tell you it's not the ground. I've tried three different spots. The cheap ebay harness I had before did not have any issue with any of this ground. Smh

Call Trs and they will put you on a waiting list (eta Dec 10/mid December) for the corrected ballasts. They will send you a pair to replace the current ones you have

so i installed my retrofit today, mini H1, everything was good and working, i was adjusting the driver side housing and when pushing the wires out of the way both lights cut off and now will not turn on. I checked all grounds and connections, everything is fine, could a super light bump to 1 ballast with the ratchet cause the whole system to stop working? could simply pushing some wires out of the way cause both bulbs to burn out? i ran out of daylight so i have to attack this in the morning but i was hoping someone could help me get a head start at what i should be looking at tomorrow. thanks.

Have you checked all your fuses in the truck?

forgot to write that, yes i check the only fuse that comes on the harness from TRS and it was fine, no others were tripped either.

An interruption due to a bump, in my experience, is a bad connection. Check your grounds, bulb and ballast plugs, but if both lights went out my money is on the relay plug getting knocked loose. It's happened to me a few times with various kits. The orange part of the relay connects to harness coming out of it via one big plug. It can come loose and be easily overlooked because of the rubber boot that covers it.

I'm still trying to figure out how to get the projector to connect with the housing. I got the mini moto and Gatling gun. Does the shroud need to be glued on? It also seems that the projector doesn't really sit flush.

So far the customer care has been not so great. I have written 4 emails and got a generic response that didn't answer my questions.
