Yea KMD got back to me this morning. He said refunds should be issued this week.

 

Awesome.

 

For those of us still wanting to wait, KMD hows the outlook looking right now? Still months away?

 

I honestly have no idea. KMD will have to chime in for that.

 

So here is an update for anyone who is going down the refund road.

KMD last PM'd me on the 19th and said that refunds would be wrapped up this week. I haven't heard anything since, and have not received a refund yet.

My initial request for refund was sent on 8/1.

 

PM Chris4x4. Have you called KMD yet?

 

I haven't had a chance yet today, I just sent a PM on my phone from work. I am going to try to give him a ring tonight if I get off in time. He told me he would get the refunds wrapped up this week, so I wanted to give him the entire week. I didn't contact him at all between then and now.

 

So I've called the shop...no answer.

Sent a PM...no response. (last PM sent 8/19)

Asked for the refund on August 2nd...still have no refund.

Whats going on here KMD?...you've said on numerous occasions that "refunds will start this week"....that was WEEKS ago.

And Again, As I said before, please keep this BS out of MY thread. Other people are still patiently waiting for something that isn't KMD's fault. People that asked for refunds are getting them. This isn't the type of thing that happens over night. And Yes, right now I am still defending KMD. He's a small business owner, so refunds are coming straight out of pocket. Nothing here is shady, he's been open from the start. We all knew there was no on shelf stock when this GB started. So if you have issues, it's your own fault for sending your money off and not paying attention ahead of time.

 

How is this considered 'bullshit' in your thread? This is the only thread for updates on the GB, so when pms and calls dont work, we will update it here. Since you are privy to a cell phone number, it only makes sense to use you as a middle man. I own a small business too, and it doesnt take me a month to refund my customers. Thats why you keep capital in the bank.

Because of stuff like this. Someone commented, and you jumped in. There's no need for that. If there's an issue, state your issue and don't egg it on. Contacted KMD, he said its going down tonight. Past that, I don't know what else to tell you. Venting/trolling in here does nothing but annoy everyone else patiently waiting. This isn't a Treklights sale, people are still actively waiting on lights. If you wanted a refund, you'll get it.
