    I can't speak to the options but my bumper weighs like under 50lbs IIR.

    I believe the steel weighs 130-150lbs so the weight savings is significant.

    Mine is powdercoated so that can be done. I'd recommend it too - that way you can just install it when you get it and not have to waste time painting...:cool:

    rear was like 150+


    if i coulda afforded it last time..i woulda done both AL..

    I nailed a Suburban with a tow hitch on the back like two days after I installed mine.
    One little crease & that's it.
    Yeah... The aluminum is plenty tough. ;)

    Yea i think Tim uses 1/4'' AL instead of 3/16th as its still lighter.

    The AL is still pretty strong. But if you did somehow hit it hard enough it'll crack. But id run it regardless.

    I dont have any pictures of them in square cut outs on my computer but i can try and scrounge one up. I'll get a shot of them in my bumper for you tomorrow with the round holes. I also have some custom plates that mount to the front of the light to fill in the space around the light when using it in round holes

    Hey man, this is mainly out of curiosity. I just payed for a full OME lift from Wheelers, so I probably won't be able to swing this. However, if I was going to it would be the base bumper with center light hoop, fog cutouts, and the elite offroad cutout. oh, and powdercoated black as well.

    Could you get me a rough guess on shipping? It's more out of curiosity for a possible order in the future, even though I'm sure GB pricing wouldn't be available then.
