me too... I'm contemplating waiting until winter is over. I know of a few guys who said theirs froze up over winter. Although I don't see how that would affect it really, except that it could possibly get to full since you can't drain it all winter.

Alright, finally got my catch can installed and took it for a test drive and it seems like everything is good. haha Just want to double check though... I have the stealth can which has a top and bottom port. I want the circled port on the left in this pic connected to the top port on the can right? The port furthest from the drain on the can.

Instead of installing a valve on the lower drain hole I installed 1/4" copper tubing and then a valve and then ran the tubing down to the skid plate, for easy draining.

That is a pretty nice idea! Would be better for me I think not sure if I will do it. One thing I worry about is what happens when I am jumping my Tacoma and the oil sitting in the can all hits the top of the can... I have the stealth can so I don't know just how well it will prevent that from happening. Maybe I should add the inline filter like you have to. Where'd you pick that up at?

Its 3/8" in-line fuel filter from auto zone $3.99. I replace it with every oil change and it catches a decent amount oil that sneaks by.

Read above a little. It's to help catch any oil that may slip by the in can filter. I was a little worried about landing a jump at the dunes and having all that oil in the bottom of the can hitting that in-can filter and possibly squeezing by it and getting into the line...

I still don't get it, If the filter is in the line connecting to the cylinder Head & the other hose is connected to the intake manifold, isn't the flow from the cylinder head to the intake manifold? If so then oil shouldn't ever flow back to the cylinder head because the negative pressure is at the intake. I may not understand this system and if so I then need to question if I have the catch can connections plumbed correctly. I have the lower can connection hosed to the intake manifold and the upper connected to the cylinder head side. Right or Wrong???
