Yea, I got a Mt. Rainier, so didn't know if it would ship "out of order" to the onslaught of smaller tents ordered.

SO stoked! Camping weather is here.

Our summer hasn't quite started yet so I'm not too anxious. I've had a bumper on order since October as well so my patience has definitely been tested haha.

I can tell you from first hand experience, they are busy! In fact, their phone never stopped ringing!
Have patience my friends, they have a shop full of sold tents and are shipping them as rapidly as they can.
Having met Bobby yesterday and their newest employee, Pam (also very friendly and helpful) they seem to be a fine bunch. I also had dealings with the fellow doing the installations today and his character was very friendly, informative and took care to install and align the tents all while protecting your vehicle! Unfortunately, I did not get his name.

Having said that....I am now the excited owner of a CVT tent!

Now, before you impatient people get all bent out of shape, the tent I purchased, the only tent in the size I wanted (thanks to all of you that caught the group buy :pccoffee:), was last years model and a demo that was vehicle mounted in the showroom. Don't misunderstand, the tent is great. I just don't want anyone thinking I got one that were sold/spoken for.

Bobby was kind enough to sell me this demo model Mt. Hood and install it on the Tacoma prior to my 4.5 hour trip home!

Can't wait to put it to use!
Last picture is a cool Volvo TP21 radio car fully loaded with CVT gear!

I would say so! Every pic you posted has piles of boxed up tents in the background

Glad you were able to snag the tent you wanted - I also got a demo and have no complaints. Actually I think it was a better deal because my tent was already all put together when I got it!

    Mtgirl,
I would like to say that the spectacular wildlife and fauna photos you post greatly motivated my purchase!
Thank you for sharing your trips with us.:)

Added a quick-detach option to the pack rack while I was at it. Allows the rack and tent to be removed as one when necessary. Putting it back on is quick as it just sits down over six solid pins protruding from the rails. Pop in the hinge pins in 4 corners and you're off. One corner will have lock.
