Looks like you will get the mat. I will see if I can get it reconsigned. As there must of been some miss communication between shipping and myself.
I am really sorry we missed the shipping out of the zipper for the cover.

    Kind regards,

    Bobby

We will be shipping you out a new tent as soon as they land and I have them next week so you do not have to wait till PA. I will just try to sell that back there or ship it back.
You can use that or some vinegar (light) in it for a solution.

    Thank you,

    Bobby

I did not get a shipping notice, but my anti-condensation mat showed up today. So there may still be some hope for those that didnt get a notice either.

Has the container of Shasta's arrived at your shop yet? I thought I read it'd land in the US on the 10th of July. Just checking to see if I missed an update somewhere.

The CVT went to Glacier National Park!
Last week we went to GNP. This was the second trip with the CVT Mt. Hood (Demo model/Last years).
The last night was in heavy rains of thunderstorms and we did not experience even one leak.
We did set up the annex for the first time and found it to be a pain. If your taking it down every day or do not have a true need for it, I would avoid using it. In fact, I managed to tear it when removing it. This was operator error though. I will say that it provided a nice, private changing room.
Overall, I love this tent and will enjoy it even more when mounted to an expo trailer.
    Thanks again Bobby and Crew!

I have a Mt. Bachelor and the annex is a huge pain in the ass to install. I only use it when we are staying multiple days at one location or in crowded campgrounds where strangers don't appreciate my bare ass.

I have a mt McKinney, the annex is not bad to put on with two. It does take some work by myself, but still wouldn't call it a pain in the ---.

Once you use the annex a few times it gets easier, there are a few tricks to getting it on the tent. I love mine, I mainly use it as my bug free zone which has come in handy this year.

My Shasta came in Tuesday :) I know this has been brought up a zillion times but my tent will be opening towards the drivers side. Should the mounting bars be parallel or perpendicular to the truck?

    Thanks in advance

Parallel if you use the pre-drilled mounting holes.

Since the pic was taken, I have removed the tool box and pushed the rack to the middle of the bed
