The glasses are made to order and will most likely take about 2-3 weeks... That was my wait time on a much larger batch...

guys i made a small mistake in the payment information email!

not GB related but i'll post here because you may be interested. i have a pair of Costas about a year old. the lens fell out about a week ago while i was taking a picture of Taipei 101. the lens broke, duh. i mailed my glasses to CDM and they received them last Friday. i think they will repair them under warranty for $11.95 shipping but we'll see. i'll post again when i hear back from them.

my repair was not covered by warranty. $85.51 for one new lens. this is after i was all WTF and they gave me a $20 discount.

i have wire frames and was told i have to maintain them monthly by checking the screws. i have no problem doing this i explained that i did not know it was required. Costa was not sympathetic to this and charged be almost a bill to repair the lens. meh.

This is a group buy for product and there are lots of other places to vent regarding your problems. Non that you mentioned pertains to me, nor have i had any issues.

it must be frustrating.

 

i'm not tc or trying to vent about my glasses. i'm posting details of a warranty claim from the manufacturer of the product of your GB. i'd like to make it sound as impartial as possible. sorry, if my post came off as a tc on this GB. that's not my intention at all.
