I found that to tighten the rear bolts more and loosen up the fronts and you will see it raise off your roof.

I have not seen it mentioned anywhere.

    Sounds good.
Ive been thinking about sticking a little rubber support piece in the middle to give support and prevent and possibility it rubbing.
Over all its the best investment I've made:D and luckily I don't think I will be needing my light bar anytime soon.

This is one example. I would dig through the 60+ pages of LED info we have between at least 4 threads, but I'm tired.

    Maybe tomorrow.

It has in a few areas but nothing to big has been brought up about it. I made the mistake when I originally installed the brackets as I tightened them down to much and they were hitting my roof. Called Nathan and we figured it out easily, then just from trial and error thats how I found to tighten the backs and loosen the fronts.

I used Squint's idea and used nylon spacers to support the mounts through the rubber roof mount covers and the light bar mounts are rock solid (Thanks for the idea Squint!).

I do, however, have a whistle at speeds over 40 mph. Anyone else have this issue or know of a way to eliminate it?

Use some of the c-shaped rubber door edge guards. I got a roll 20 feet long at Napa and cut it to fit. Put 4 on the back fins and its all gone.

Hhmmm.... I'll have to give that a shot. Thanks for the info.

I also searched this thread and saw that some have just had to change the angle of the bar a bit and that helped.

Yup. For me if you have it pointed up the whistle will be worse, point it down and it isn't as bad.

Got the light bar mounted finally. It was a small challenge to get the mounts perfectly matched to the bar ends but to its solid!

Is the PC still backed up at all or should they be pretty quick through them?

last few parts from them have been around a week or so.
I'll be dumping a lot of parts on them this week so hopefully that aids in persuading them to knock it all out quicker for me to open the space back up in their shop....

Here is the other view maybe this a stress of putting the 42" radius the bracket is look for the 50".

All I see is the plasma cutter pierce dimple in the hole. Not a crack, and nothing to be worried about.

The crack would be straight down from the bottom of that hole to the bottom of the bracket. Ill post a pic tomorrow if you want me to of my cracks but that isn't a crack.
