Possible roof top tent group buy

Anyone on the east coast looking into shipping? I really want a RTT and have the time to wait.

Hey there, saw this post and I'm very interested in getting a RTT (zip 21087).

I'm a little concerned though, I saw in one of your posts the picture came from alibaba. I've ordered though that site before (different vendors, but all from Ali) and have gotten some very poor products. Usually the vendors on that site are FORMER vendors of name brand companies, who are trying to get rid of their material and inventory because the name brand company no longer accepted their quality. Alibaba has gotten me bad deals on clothing, furniture, home goods, and a few other things... and the return policies were non-existent.

I'm certainly not knocking this deal, I might jump on it if there is room for me, but I would definitely say feel things out with the vendor as much as possible if working through Alibaba.

 

It is my understanding they are still producing for several vendors, in addition they do not have stock and are making the tents to order for us. Still there will be some risk but I have been speaking with the vendor for a few weeks now and I feel quite confident about this.

I am late to this post and interested. my Zip is NJ 08904. Can you tell me size of the tent? Is it 2/3/4 person tent?

Shipping to the NE will probably be around 200.00 dollars this is the "2-3" person tent.

Currently we have our ten people but we have just started taking deposits and they are just starting to come in now, the ten have until Saturday to make their deposits. After that I will get others involved if some do not pay. Please PM me your email address if you want to be involved. It is much easier for me to Forward all the information and detailed pictures that way.

 

What color did we choose? I would like to know before I send in my deposit.
