Maxtrax GB!! ENDED!!

Out of Stock of Everything. Almost sold out of everything that’s on the boat waiting in the harbor, strike from unions in ports holding up shipping. HQ in AU is trying to ramp up production, but the military is buying all they can get and quantities are scarce.

We filled all the orders we could and are now on 100% backorder.

We have to put a temporary stop on the group buy!!!!! Not because we don’t want to give anyone else a discount, it’s just that we can’t keep up with the backorders and the next shipment after this won’t be here at least 6 more weeks! Tell the members I will do the group buy again in the spring for 30 days and we are thrilled to have their orders and enthusiasm, the currently backordered sets will eventually be here but it looks like not before Christmas, and that we greatly appreciate their patience. Just difficult to get a small batch made item half way around the world.

Hopefully this doesn’t impede on anyone’s plans too much and tell everyone we said Merry Christmas from Maxtrax!

 

They sound like a great idea. What would a set of four sell for approximately? How much space would four of these take up? A guy can haul 3 pieces of 2x6 lumber pretty easy, but once your tires ar full of mud I still can't get much traction, these look promising, dependin on price of course.

Size: 115cm (3.77') long, 33cm (13") wide and 7cm (2.75") high.
Two stacked MAXTRAX are just 8.5cm (3.3") high, 4 are 11.5cm (4.53") high.

I am not guaranteeing pricing because I still have to find a US distributor, but my guess would be something similar to the previous GB that BoxRocket ran:

I'm interested in a set and Im sure my brother would also be in for a set. So ill say a set of 4 as of now with the pin mounts. Subbed for pricing and more details

God dammit. I just bought a pair before Utah.

1. See if you can do a GB that allows either 1 pair or two pairs per buyer.

2. Kent and Melissa at maxtraxamerica are awesome. They bent over backward to get me a set on short notice before I left for Utah. Kent was at Quantico, responded almost immedalty to my desperate message after I learned that no one else in the universe had them in stock, and then Kent coordinated with Melissa back in Kansas City to make it all happen on very short notice that included a FedEx system outage that almost screwed me. They dove into fixing it in the middls of the night with FedEx and succeeded in getting them to arrive the day before I left.

BTW, they were just receiving a big shipment when this went down, which was late September.

There's also TREDs and Smittybilt. But based on a lot of the reviews, Maxtrax seems to come out on top. I just watched one review where the TREDs cracked. i have never heard or seen of a Maxtrax cracking or breaking.

 

I found the same when looking into these.

 

Have been considering a set of these for some time.

I should have said, my set came with them, no need to specify on orders.

 

Traction boards are awesome. They are a lot quicker then using a winch and you dont need something to winch from.
