Damn...wish I would've known about this sooner... My fault for not checking.

I'm definitely in for the front bumper group buy!

Should look something like this when you get it coated and mounted:

Mounted up nice and quick.

Hey sarah, I just received my bumper. Looks really nice so thanks for that, but my UPS tracking showed 2 packages(one 55lbs, the other 32lbs) and only the bumper arrived. Did you guys send out the side wraps and the UPS guy forgot it or something, or are those still on order and i'll be getting them a little later on? Thanks, Eric.

Edit: looked at the packing slip and my invoice shows the wraps are still on backorder, yet I received 2 tracking numbers

Well, Im going to build my own- I didnt like that theirs was hidden behind the license plate requiring the plate to be hinged to use the hitch. I can also build one for quite a but cheaper too im sure. I think I may put it tucked back a tad (to keep clearance) and just below the bottom of the bumper(dont have to remove or flip up the plate to use it, and lower so I can use less of a drop hitch).

hey, for those of you who opted to not buy the lighted license plate frame, I found that Autozone has a light that just bolts on top of the plate with the 2 top mounting bolts and it was only $15.

I can add a few comments.

First, this is a sweet piece of metal sculpture. A couple of notes:

The commonly found Smittybilt D shackles (from 4wheelparts up the road) are too narrow to fit without some light grinding (on the shackles of course!). Be sure to measure your shackle mount width, especially after powder coating, and make sure check the shackles you want to use for adequate width.

The license plate frame is a sweet part. Probably overkill in retrospect but I'll run with it. The solution to the license plate over the hitch is to fab up a 2" square tube to a flat piece of metal exactly the size of the license frame. Then by adding a quick disconnect to the light, I'm all set. I don't tow a lot so this is fine for my needs.

I pulled a number of large shrubs and bushes out of my yard this past week and it did just fine. Very strong unit.
