not to be a dick but do you have any accounts on other forums where you are more established so we can check your reputation?

had a couple group buys go south here recently so people may be more willing to jump on this if they knew it was legit. (only saying because you are so new here)

updated pics

Hey guys i received my Katzkins today. i have a few pics of what i've installed today. the quality is awesome. for those of us from Canada i was charged $ dollars for ground shipping from Auto Interiors Live that is including the $27 that they allow for shipping and was charged $32 when they got here today. They ship with Fed Ex. the colour is Tuscony Storm. Almost matches the steering wheel and shifter perfectly in my 09 taco probably won't get the rest done till the weekend.

I'm confused!? How much was shipping all together?

*edit* I think I figured it all out.... $70 USD total for shipping/brokerage $38 shipping + $32 brokerage/taxes
The seats look good so far. Can't wait to order mine, ordered seat heaters today.

I wish the deal you got was still on.

sorry about the confusion the shipping total including all duty taxes was $43. Auto Interiors builds in $27 into thier price to cover the "free shipping" which is common practice.

Do you guys want to wait to see the final project installed in my truck before we open the group buy?
I talked to AIL and they said we can order for any vehicle we want not just Taco's so if you have friends or family out thier it won't be a problem

Yeah i was quite suprised. You have to ask for FedEx ground to Canada ortherwise they ship it air and can cost 200-300 duties and taxes in. but it's here within 2-3 days respectively. i got mine six days after they shipped including a weekend.

I haven't done the front two but the back and all the head rests have taken me about 3- 4 hours and have been so easy to install. I"m going to try and make a write up after i'm done. I've been taking pictures as i go. the only part that i really don't like is where you have to cut the leather to get the head rest mount exposed but it takes patience and start really small and go bigger and bigger until it fits. there is a video on youtube with a guy instaling them on a F150. i watched it a few times before i started.

Yes they are complete replacements for the factory cloth. install is exact opposite of removal. as for 1sr gens i'm possitive they have a pattern but just to be safe check out there website www.autointeriorslive.com and their phonenumber is there your you can email them the specs on your truck "02 toyota tacoma xtra cab" weather or not its a TRD. they should could back to you right away letting you know if they can do it. Also if anybody knows somebody that wants leather for another car or truck they can get in on this to

How many hog rings do you figure would be enough for the whole set of seats? I have 500 coming.... that should be more than enough?
