I haven't gotten flashed yet, even when using the hi beams; and I highly doubt I'll ever get pulled over for them.

As Cubby said, if you aim them correctly upon install; you will not blind anyone in oncoming traffic and these kits are perfectly legal.

The main thing is if you are lifted to do an adjustment. If you are stock and don't change the housing alignment when installing (which shouldn't happen at all.) then you should be A-Ok! :)

    crap bolted and welded together....
one question, i searched through the DIY install and couldnt find what it takes to install the fogs. Im looking at getting the 6000k slim ballasts, just have to check the bank. Just wondering how much of a pain/easy it is to install the 600k for fogs. thanks

No, that would be waaaaaaaay too yellow and you'd probably get cited for that too.

How is the light cut off with these bulbs? I had set of HID kit for my H1's on my old Saab 9-2X and the light scatter was awful. I had to really point them down to avoid being flashed all the time.

I'm just concerned because I don't want to blind others especially the other little hatches and lowered cars. I'm just nice or crazy like that. I even turn off my headlights and leave the fogs on when I'm behind a lowered or small car in bumper to bumper traffic. I often get blinded by just regular cars when I'm driving my little lowered civic.

Are the ballest water tight, because im afraid if I get them for the fog lights they may be submerged at one point or another? If not, is the wiring harness long enough to put them higher than the lights?

The ballasts are water tight. I believe in the first post where I have a link to pictures you can see a ballast submerged in a fish tank working. :)

Hi Dlav, the shipping cost is per kit. They are shipped in 2 seperate boxes.
