It is imperative that these instructions be followed perfectly! You will all receive a PM with these instructions as well.

2. Add however many units to the cart that you wish to order. If your name is only on the list once but you want more than one, that it fine. Order as many as you want.

3. Select your mounting bracket options for additional fee.

4. Proceed to checkout. Create an account through UG by filling out the requested information.

5. THIS IS IMPORTANT!!!!
On the 2nd check out page there is a message box, the text "Tacoma group buy, forum_member_name" must be entered into this box otherwise the group buy will not be associated with the purchase. If the member chooses PayPal Express checkout, then it will be necessary to enter "Tacoma group buy, forum_member_name" in the PayPal message box. When processing refunds we will use your opt in member list along with these messages to validate membership and the refund.

The "forum_member_name" is your username as it appears on the official list in the second post.

Electronic Rebate AFTER ORDER reduces cost to $60.95 (Discussed Later)

Group Buy Pricing will be dependent upon the amount of units ordered.
50-99 = $5 off
100-149 = $10 off
150+ = $15 off
NO additional discount for more units. $15/150units is the max, however, more units can still be ordered.

There is NO SALES TAX!

Shipping depends on your zip code. To get an estimate, go to http://ultra-gauge.com and add a unit to your cart. Then enter your state and zip code. I am in SoCal and my shipping estimate was $8.00.

The shipping will be the standard priority mail shipping and will be priced as indicated on the shopping cart page shipping calculator. Shipping is 1-3 days anywhere in the US. They will begin shipping as soon as your order is placed, you will not have to wait until after the GB closes to start shipping.

As far as mounting options go, only the bracket is included. More on mounts here:

The window mount and Velcro mount will be a small additional charge as shown in the shopping cart on UG website. The new dash mount will not be available for order at this time. You can order once individually on your own once they release around Christmas time.

How the GB will work:

The GB through Ultra Gauge will not officially begin until I send them a completed and verified list of confirmed buyers. That list can be found in post #2. Add your name to the list. My goal is to reach 150+ confirmed buyers so we all get the maximum discount.

The group buy will start on a Monday (after I submit our final list to UG) and end the following Sunday night. Orders received after Sunday at Midnight PST will not receive the discount. The attained discount will be refunded to all by the Tuesday following that Sunday. The refund will be made to your original payment source.

The group buy will only be honored for those that were Tacoma members prior to the start of the group buy.

UltraGauge also offers an additional $9 reward for completing a registration process as mentioned above. Details can be found here: www.ultra-gauge.com/ultragauge/TEN/reward.htm

Rewards will be provided just like the discount, they will be refunded back to the original source of payment. Rewards are typically processed once, perhaps twice per month. Hence the reward can take from 1-4 weeks typically. Also, it is imperative that the instructions on the reward form are followed exactly. Reward processing is handled by a third party and they strictly follow the instructions. Its heartbreaking when someone goes through the trouble to complete the reward form, but then does not sign and date it, or does not included the requested supporting documents. You will submit your rebate claim through email or mail. This pertains to the $9 rebate only not the GB discount.

Just buying the accessory won't count towards the GB, but maybe you can find someone who is ordering that does not need the window mount but will order one anyways, then you can just pay them the extra $10 or whatever. Know what I mean?

 

I thought I would get in on this deal.. Thank goodness I checked shipping costs first.. OVER $50 to ship to Canada. Just thought my fellow Canucks should know.

I bought one on the last GB and now my wife wants one. These things are fantastic.

This is for the ultragauge EM 1.2

I don't know which model was available in the last GB in April. They have 3 models:
Classic
EM
EM 1.2

The Classic and EM are now discontinued versions. So you will be receiving the newest model, however again I am not sure which model sold in the last GB

 

I just read through the previous GB thread and it stated "this is for the EM unit" so I am assuming that the EM 1.2 is newer. Same look and mounting, just newer software I believe. Ill try to get more details on this.

This GB also seems to be better priced than the last, but not positive. Its probably the same.
