i'm interested in one too!

with fog lights, light bar, center tube and lateral supports, IFS and Mid skids...maybe shipping with Kh7nm would save some off the cost?

I should be able to confirm in a few weeks.

Currently working with Fastenal for the Hawaii shipping. They are really giving me a lot of push back on shipping there, they used to no problem. We may have to look into another option and see if we can get several orders together on one crate.
Il keep working on Fastenal though, they don't seem to have any trouble shipping to the islands for anyone else, I think it's just my local branch.

Question, will the PIAA 510's fit in your fog cutouts?

Not sure the size on the Piaa's. The of cutouts are 3.5" inside diameter. The rigids actually sit behind the fog cup. Small fogs may fit inside the cup, others sit behind.

MrGrimm 04-17-2013 04:41 PM

Does this help?

Socalduckslayer 04-17-2013 05:01 PM

Yes, this helps. That light would not fit inside the cutout but could mount behind it and probably just about the entire lens would be visible. The only concern would be clearance to the metal bracket that sits below the headlights. If you have one handy we can do a test fit. I am assuming you already have these lights and would like to reuse them.

MrGrimm 04-18-2013 09:49 AM

Do you have the Rigid Duallys or D2's for the foglights?

Socalduckslayer 04-18-2013 09:54 AM

Regular duallies. I run the flood beam. They are nice because they are low draw and can wore direct to the factory wiring, no relay needed and still use factory switch. They are brighter than my HID headlights.

MrGrimm 04-18-2013 10:26 AM

Yea I think it is about time to switch over to LED's. We are moving to North Carolina next year so I want to get this bumper while I am here when I have the opportunity to pick it up.

Thanks, will get you on the list. Addin up, couple more and ill start sending deposit requests. I already cut and formed a dozen flat patterns in different configurations so we will hammer these out fast.

luka 04-25-2013 06:39 PM

could I get mine powdercoated too?

read through the other thread and noticed that the warn zeon 8/10-s fits, with the control relocation kit, think it would still fit the lightbar?

http://www.warn.com/truck/winches/ZEON_10-S.shtml

http://www.warn.com/truck/accessorie...tion_kit.shtml

would free up about 2.7in from the top of the winch body.
