ha??? I though the TRD CAI was CARB approved and why no warranty? Are this seconds or refurbs?

This is a common practice for all that sell the TRD CAI even if they do not have it on the website posting you can be assured that that is their policy. If the CAI is damaged from factory and is a manufacturing problem then you can claim a warranty with TRD.

From my personal and second hand experience no one has had any issues with passing smog/emissions with the TRD CAI. Please speak up if this is not a true statement. Not trying to pull anything shady just trying to hook TW up with something that they asked for.
