Feeler: GB for Silicone Radiator Hoses

I am not sure if any of you are in the market for this or not, but I am looking into having some custom silicone radiator hoses made for my pickup. I am trying to see if there is any interest in possibly a group buy for 05-14 1GR 4.0L replacement radiator hoses. I am trying to get these in the $60 range instead of the usual $100 or more that these would go for. Included would be upper and lower custom molded hoses, as well as all necessary clamps. If this is successful I will consider trying to set up something for the other years and possibly other vehicles as well. These will stand up much better to the elements which provides much better longevity and better cooling due to no cracks or leaks. If nothing else, they look badass under the hood. They will be available in a myriad of colors to suit whatever look you are going for. Shoot me a pm or post up in this thread so that I can see if there is some interest here. I am hoping for around 50 people, but we'll see how it goes. Group Buys around here are usually either boom or bust.

At this point I've got nothing for yous. I need to just see if there is enough interest here to justify having something custom built. If it seems to be that there is enough there will be info out soon. I am in contact with a company who makes them, but a custom piece isn't cheap and they have not built any for the Tacomas to date, hence the reason I am feeling out interest.

 

That's honestly all I need to hear. There will be an official group buy for them once I feel that it might be worthwhile at which point pricing will be out. The ball is rolling, so I should be able to provide a little more solid answer on price here before too long.
