You might want to check that comment. I am fairly sure that having a gun in your car while parked on school property can get you busted as well. So when I go pick up my girls I park in the street off site.

I'm in Iowa and concealed carry is NOT permited on school grounds.
It isn't a local thing but a state law.

Weapons on the grounds or in our company buildings is an immediate firing.
Nothing to negotiate.
You're fired!

A CCW permit does not allow weapons at the company business.

Sure would be nice if the OP would have mentioned the model of pistol.
