I want to trade I P239 40cal for a compact SIG maybe a 220... The 239 is just bit bigger than I would like. Anyone have a Compact SIG they would want to trade for my 239 40cal, like new?

Has to be 40 or 45 cal.

The 220 is at least a half inch longer than the 239. I think the one you have is probably the best you can do if you want a .40 cal sig.

I know we don't like to mention it, but there is another forum that you may have better luck on.

    http://sigforum.com/

Lots of good info on Sigs and other pistols, they have a classified section.

A P220 is one of the larger pistols Sig makes. I have one and do carry it concealed in a MTAC. However, I recently got a great deal on a P232 .380 and it is great for CC. I do wish it was a larger caliber but it will do if I ever need it (I pray ever day that I wont). The Sig compact is exactly .5 inches longer than your P239.

Good Luck, I am looking at a P239 as my next Sig, after I get a 1911 (not Sig's).

I currently carry a DiamondBack .380 but I prefer the 40 cal. I had a Kahr PM40 which was nice and small. Maybe Sig don't make anything smaller than my P239 in 40 cal. Thx for the link I'll check em out.

IIRC the Sig 239 is the smallest pistol that Sig makes in .40 S&W.

Even the compact version of the P220 is going to be bigger than the P239. You're not going to get anything smaller than the P239 unless you drop down to .380 ACP (P232/P238).

K so we have figured out that I have the smallest SIG there is. What is the best holster under $100?

You might have the smallest compact SIG makes- but my P250 Nitron Subcompact is only .1 inch longer, but .4 inches shorter in height, and .1 inches skinnier at the grip with 3 more rounds (10 in the mag total).
And the P250 modular system is fun- I've got a Full size and a subcompact and all I have to do is swap the fire control group.

As far as great hosters...I only use my IWB Crossbreed. I'm looking for a shoulder holster and maybe something that'll work better with shorts....

    I love my p239!!! Don't do it!!
I thought the 220 is smaller that is why the cops here in the county carry them!?!?

Nevermind I was getting models mixed up.
