I don't hunt turkeys but I've sure seen many of them around Wasatch Mountain State Park golf course. I've seen billions wandering around Hobble Creek golf course also. My sister lives behind the "PC" mountain in Park City and she's had them in her backyard.

I wish I knew where to tell you to hunt but you live close to them.

thanks i ton bro!!!!!!!! ya i've seen a lot(last year) by wasatch mt golf course but the theres issues trying to find some public land. there are two canyon that are right behind that golf course(shit ton of turkeys in there) but one is completly clossed off and wont be open untill middleish part of may and the other canyon is 99.9999999% private and the .00000001% is too close to the other houses to shoot:(

but i've never heard of hobble creek gold course? wheres it at????

and the only probelm with PC is that theirs too much snow and i think they mostly stay roosted.

Hobble Creek Canyon is east of Payson. Don't just drive there unless you know of some public land to hunt. I don't know of any. I'm just saying that I've seem lots and lots of turkeys while playing golf there.

BTW if you play golf in Utah, you MUST play Hobble Creek. One of the unknown gem courses.

thanks for the info. ya it really sucks how everything is now private:mad:. hunting is becoming af rich/lazy/guided sport.... but i showed up some people this year when i shot a pretty mice muley. its a 5x5 with 2 kickers and it scored 170 with a general tag on 100% public land.
