    X2, I hate serrated blades. I think that a knife without them looks better, plus you have more edge to cut with.

    That being said, the only serrated knife I have ever owned was a S&W throw away knife, so it was trash to begin with.

    That's what the machete is for....then again, most if my sharp knifes will do the same unless I'm cutting through something like blocks of wood

    this is what I want next...I doubt I'll get it any time soon though,

    Albion swords bare blade (aka you make the handle) for their seax....looks awesome to me. I can see it with brass fittings and a stacked leather grip, possibly finger grooves in the randall knife style (speaking of which, anyone got a randall?)

    oh, and I just managed to pick up an Old Hickory slicing knife, High carbon steel, took a good edge after I dealt with the factory edge. I think I am gonna redo it again when I get my worksharp to school with me though
