Damn, awesome pics! That is perfect. Its nice knowing I can fit it underseat and obviously a pistol behind the seat too. You guys carry emergency supplies back there ok? I've always carried a good size first aid kit in all my vehicles. My wife works in an ER and she tells me about people running off the road and no one finding them for hours. I've always liked to be a little prepared.

i keep a average size first aid kit on the passenger side, fits nicely between two of those lil divider things. and on the driver side see that terry cloth bag, thats got all my recover gear like tow straps, chains, gloves, tire gauge/ deflators, d-rings. everything short or a whinch to get pulled out or pull someone out.

my bad i was thinking about my 870 security which is 18". I think it actually only has to do with overall length has a min. which i why on the 870 the min is 18" and because the receiver and stock on the ar is longer it can have a shorter barrel. its been a couple years since i actually built my ars and had to know the laws by heart to order parts. either way CA gun laws SUCK ASS, i pay my NRA membership every 3 months so that hopefully at least they wont get any worse. And i dont want to hear the why dont you just move cause i cant because all my work is here, someday, someday.

I really feel bad for gun enthusiasts who live on the left coast. Sucks man. I'm from Pennsylvania, joined the military and live in va. Gun laws are much less stringent out here.

    Interesting....

Can you guys fit full-auto repeating rifles, or 60+mm mortars with barrel/base plates/bi pods behind the seat?

Also, it would be interesting to see how you store your Polytetrafluoroethylene Jacketed Ammunition, photo and video would be great, thanks.
