Went to a new place today in desperation to kill some duck birds and it turned out to be the biggest population of mergansers I have every seen. Hey at least it was cool to have them decoy all morning long.

season is out here now, few pics from the last week. sad to see it go but someone happy to be pulling the plug, getting out the e-caller, and chasing the nasty white ones.

I can't see the video but in guessing it's about trash that a duck ate and died from?

If you don't believe it start hunting saltwater marshes and opening the stomachs of those birds.... Some are filled with trash..

Almost got one, but decided to stick with a pump. Buddy's got one, it doesn't like to cycle light loads for some reason...He's not the best on upkeep though.
I like them for the price though!

Just got her last weekend, she should be ready to do some hunting late next season. Lots of work to do between now and then.

My buddy has the Stoeger that is supposed to be same as Super Black Eagle except it only shoots 3" shells. They are similar but if you hold my SBE and his Stoeger there is a difference, the Stoeger feels sloppier, loose fitting etc. Its been a good gun for him, just doesn't feel as tight at the Benelli.
