LOL, I have what they call a decoy fettish, I tell my wife anytime I buy some they are for our 10mo son :) I basically get to work and first site I check is Cabellas for sales. I've probably purchase most all of these for at least 30-40% off...and some off craigslist for even better!

See, here is something I woudl buy...ACADEMY has the SILLOSOCKS on clearance..Canada geese and the Economy Snows....$29/dozen for plain windsocks is a steal when you need volume in the spread.

Mostly Wister and around the sea. Pretty sure I've seen you down at the check station before. Gonna do a little hunting up in the Bishop area this year too. My buddy is a DFG biologist and lived at Wister for years do we always stayed there. He just got transferred to bishop area so were gonna try it out. The fishing is awesome and chuckar and quail are great too. Was up there a couple weeks ago and the mallards and gadwall were showing up pretty good, was some woodies too which is nice since they are so rare at Wister.

ya man i prob have. idk if you knw the Vega fam, Adams or Khuen Fam but i grew up with those guys . we used to hunt private land off of shcrimp across from hazard. we used to do a fishing trip every summer up to bishop and ya the ducks love that area.

ya we usually hunt the indian res. like 5 miles south of the bridge on the AZ side. we like to hunt there for the opener cause. its still so damn hot at wister, at least on the river we can cool down. all the guys went out to AZ for the dove hunt like they do every year. ive missed the last two years and its killing me .

now we bought about 2 or 3 i cant remember. we just used them to fill space in all our full bodies.

Just picked up some waders today...Pro Line Winchester series Wolf Creek in Max4 camo. Got them in the boot foot. Seem to be heavy duty..Nice boots and neoprene...Anyone have any experience with them?

Anyone have any experience with Hevishot? Is it just a gimmick or does it actually work..? I want to be able to knock down those pesky high-flying geese.

The hevi-shot definitely reaches out and touches em, if you can afford it. The hypersonics knock the shit out of em too. Neither shells are any fun when hungover

I normally shoot Kent 3 1/2 BBB at the snows and specs up here, but just wanted to see
If the hype on Hevishot was true. We go through probably 2 cases per person just for all the geese up here. I don't like black cloud either, I was trying to shoot birds at 40yds with it and nothing was happening - I'm convinced black clouds are just blanks.
