    Thousands of knives are being recalled… because they can cut you?
    There’s a problem with the locking mechanism on the spring-assisted blade of the Gerber instant knives.
    The blade can “fold” while in use, cutting the person holding it.
    The knives were sold between February and March at sporting goods stores nationwide, for about $50.

    yep, title sounds misleading (for a second i thought you were posting a story taken from within the nanny-state, the U.K.)...

    but, yeah, if a folder doens't lock properly, that could be a problem..
