The minigun needs a chute for spent cartridges. Don't want them accumulating in the bed.

Just had this Big Sky single roof mounted rifle rack mounted in my 2011 Toyota Tacoma A/C O/R...I am very happy with how it turned out. Mounted is a S&W M&P AR-15...I am also very happy with the gun. EOTECH optic and Surefire 900A integrated light/grip.

Yes - a very minor bit. It is meant to sit on top of the plastic tops that hold the headliner but the place that did the final installation (because universal mounts aren't) did secure it in place. The rack maker (www.bigskyracks.com) has good installation directions and lots of other options -- this is the one I liked best. Thanks for your kind words. :)
