Maryland is Shall Issue for CCW

wow, this is huge! the state got smacked down.... notice, how the state's "reason" for requesting the stay was "public safety" - that translates to; if you want to exercise the 2nd amendment right, you're the enemy, we must "protect" the public from you...

 

Only thing I have to say it’s about time... Come the 14th I will be submitting my application. It’s sad that I can get a CCW for every border state but cannot exercise my right in my own state.

 

I wouldn't send an app in just yet.

I would at least wait a month or so.

They very well could get another emergency stay. Your app money will be forfeit etc.
