Negligent Discharge?

    I know of three. One was a friend of mine who was showing off a 1911 while eating pizza. Round went through his femur barely missing the artery. He was in the hospital for a while and fortunately, they got all of the fragments.

    The other two were LEOs. One, shotgun. Round went through the roof of the patrol car (previous shift had gone to a bank robbery call). The other, a holstered weapon. Sat down and caught the trigger on something in the sofa (he was at home having lunch). Round went into the floor.
