my plan is to have this be a 5-600 yd shooter. I have the sig 716 for closer stuff and a savage 10ba for longer range stuff. im planning on running a 20" rainier arms barrel. just not sure about anything else. any suggestions on what parts to get and where would also be greatly appreciated.
these are the parts im looking at getting so far,

do you think this forearm would end up covering up the gas block? it says its a rifle length gas system, just not sure how far down the barrel that is.

the 13" rail should cover the gas block.

if you wait untill black friday (weekend) troy will probably put their gear on sale.
I bought two rails last year for 30% off from Troys website.

once i get a chance to run it i may swap it out. it doesnt feel to bad, but havent had to use it under any tension yet.
thanks for the heads up. im wanting to run an adjustable block so trying to decide if I should cover the block or leave it exposed.
