Military purchase out of home state?

    It won't save much, if anything.

    The receiving dealer in Hawaii will charge a transfer fee.
    Around here, the decent shops only charge $45-$65, but some simply do not want to deal with internet/out of state purchases and charge $150+

    That's in addition to the normal state fees.
