They have PDF file formats and videos. It has been said to be one of the best deals in training ever given. Practically a steal.

For instance in the first lesson, you learn about your cheekweld, a "press check" for rounds chambered to ensure a bullet is picked-up off a magazine, loading up the bipod by putting forward pressure on it.

Just a small example of the little nuiances that it takes to be consistent.
