I didn't see a thread out there for this season, so I figured I'd start one. Everyone add your pics!

I've only had my cam out for a week but I've gotten a few pics.

    A couple small bucks.

Thanks! To be honest, where I hunt, I wouldn't even think of shooting that deer unless he was very old. Then I'd possibly take him as a management buck. We have some really good deer.

Those aren't bad at all man! I've only had my camera and feeder out for a few weeks. I'm hoping they'll get better the longer it's going. I'll be swapping out my memory card on the cam again on Sunday so we'll see then. Is that a protein feeder?

Looking forward to more pics. Its a homemade job out of pvc pipe it only holds about 35lbs of feed. I fill it with "ulitimate whitetail" its a feed my local feed store mixes up themselves it has whole corn, soy beans & alfalfa pellets with molasses.

Wow. I wouldn't think it'd hold that much. Sounds like good stuff.

I too was surprised the first time I filled it up. Man the deer love this feed. I had 200lbs of it get wet on me due to my own stupidity so I had no choice but to dump it all out at the feeder before it all completely soured. So I filled the feeder up and made 8 nice piles of feed around the perimeter of the feeder still with in camera view. Needless to say exactly 24hrs from when I put it out all 200lbs of it was gone wasnt a kernel of corn left on the ground.

See where I'm from that spoiled deer corn is what we call pig bait!

Actually used to spoil it intentionally in buckets and bury it. Then let the wild hog massacre begin

We sour corn for hogs here too. Works pretty good. That and sweet stuff, molasses, berry stuff, works pretty good. They love it.

    Man that 10pt. is
You think that 8 that has the weak side is an older deer or just maybe because of an injury last year? He looks like a mature deer.

It's hard to tell in the pictures I posted because it's night, but in the daytime pics I have, the 8 is a pretty young deer. He's got a small knot growing on one of the tines that might make him a 9, but it's hard to tell if it's an inch long or not. If he come's back next year and is still messed up then he will definitely be a cull buck. The 10 is a more mature buck, but he's not super old. I'd probably rather give him a chance at another year's growth as well. We'll see how he looks when the velvet comes off.

Checked the camera over the weekend and still the same ones coming to the feeder. Those two bucks come in together every morning and evening. I think they're deterring other bucks from coming in because I've only seen a total of 5 bucks in the month that the camera has been up.

With the drought we're in, the deer are starting to run out of vegetation. They'll start coming to the feeder hard and heavy pretty soon. Just have to see what shows up.

All of these are from my back yard, the buck is pretty good for around here. I don't know if the coyote is young, small, or just looks small but this past winter I got some pictures of coyotes that looked a good bit bigger than his one.

One of my friends that lives a few miles from me sent a pic from his camera. Yes that is a monster of a 6pt. He's gonna be a cull buck this season if he sticks around long enough. He has him on three different feeder cameras. The other buck is an 8pt that is still young.

Good pics of that new 8pt Ken. I havent seen any new bucks on my cam. Their shedding here as well and the acorns are starting to fall. Seems to be a pretty heavy mass of nuts this year so they havent been hitting the feeder much.
