    Its an awesome gun. after tearing it down today, I realized how well made it is. And its mostly machined to spec vs hand fitted. Thats impressive.

    yeah if i had to choose again i'd get the mc operator or something with a rail. Cali seems more harsh on their gun laws than us guys in Hawaii lol. At least I hear you guys can conceal carry?

    Great idea for a thread. Very likely my favorite model, I realized a few years ago that there is still a huge 1911 fan base. This is my latest Sig 1911. I was actually hell bent on buying a Springfield TRP about 2 weeks ago but, found this used, unfired about 350.00 less than retail. 75% of the manufactured complete guns I own are Sig Saur and I am not sure it gets better imo.

    the gun is beautiful and shoots flawlessly, the only issue i have had was the magazines, i was having failure to feed issues all the time, bought a wilson combat mag and it never happen again tried sig mag happen instantly so i went to a local gun store and they replaced the mag i had on the spot. the guy had told me enough people complained that sig did something about it.
