    Awful pic of a pic...but this is a nice little 8 point on our trail cam. He's been in 4 or 5 times, but always between 9pm-2am.

    It's called a pirogue. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pirogue

    Like the article states, the flat bottom is good for low water environments like the marshes in southern Louisiana. They go for about $300 if you find a good deal. Some up to $600. We bought it from a local.
