He makes a very good point, wisconsin and illinois are the only 2 states in the union that dont allow CHL. so you are most certainly not free like the rest of us, Cali has the may issue law, but it depends on who u know, Wisconsin has Will Not Issue Law, sucks to be u.

that hunter cert test...you have to be retarded to fail it. hell, you fail it, you SHOULDNT have a firearm. they should make people take it cold. i got nervous and watched the video. i only missed on question. the legal age to buy a handgun..(i read rifle, and answered 18)...duh!

california is tough on guns, and it sucks..but if you want one, take the retard test. it is the easiest test i have ever taken in my entire life!!!! i am not making this up.

I noticed the Navy logo. If you're going to be shooting in the US Navy Pacific Fleet or the All Navy West matches next week or the week after at MCB Camp Pendleton, respectively, there will be a lot of people who can answer your questions there.

I'm registered for the rifle aggregates for both Pac Fleet and All Navy, but may only be able to shoot the Pac Fleet portion (going to try and repeat last year's win).

You guys should try living in MA. First, need to pay $99 for a gun safety course, 8 hours worth. Then fill out your town's firearms application and submit to the town's police. However long the police dept. takes to decide, and then IF your local PD gives you permission, you can then buy a firearm. You cannot have them in your own house legally unless they are locked in a safe and also each individual gun needs it's own trigger lock. Without a license you cannot even legally transport any type of gun, no matter where you put it or even if its taken apart. So yeah, go ahead and complain about your different states, but try to exercise your 2nd amendment rights here in good ol' Massachusetts.
