Scottsdale police: Burglars drive vehicle into gun store

    A vehicle was driven into a Scottsdale gun store and rifle parts were stolen from the store Wednesday morning.

    Scottsdale police were dispatched to a burglar alarm at American Spirit Arms(They make AR15s), 15651 N. 83rd Way.
    When police arrived, they found smashed windows at the front of the building, Scottsdale police spokesman David Pubins said. Authorities believe that a vehicle was driven into the building so the burglar or burglars could get inside.
    Police were not certain if there was more than one burglar. The burglar was gone when police arrived, Pubins said. Police believe that parts for rifles were taken with unknown value.​
