Outfitter advice for cheap management whitetails?

living in hawaii never hunted whitetail before but watching the outdoor channel ive always wanted to get in a stand/blind. DOnt have a lot of money but seeing a article in the nra hunting mag on discount hunts got me thinking that I might be able to save up and pull it off for next fall. Dont really care about size would be happy with 110/120 management buck just stoked to get a chance to hunt whitetails. Can anyone recommend a good outfitter or point me in the right direction that might have what im looking for? reputable outfitter, cheap, management bucks, get to see a lot of deer and where out of state tags/fee arent too pricey? i hunt both bow and rifle
