I was just wondering if anyone around here has the new XDm 40S&W with night sights. I am looking to pick one up this month as a new CC firearm but wanted to get some first hand input for some people carrying, or shooting them first.

The specific XDm I am looking into is the XDm 40 4inch bi-tone black/olive drab with night sights.

Any input, positive or negative would be much appreciated guys!

And since everybody loves pictures, a picture of the gun in question, minus the night sights.

I have a XDM 9 that I carry. I love it, no problems whatsoever and I've put around 1200 rounds through it

Thanks for the input, guys. Its good to hear that both you guys are happy with your XDm pistols. I'm confident it will be a good pistol, but I just wanted to hear some first hand experiences with it.

If anyone else wants to chime in, feel free. I would love some more opinions.

Checked it out yesterday. Good thread there with a lot of information, but I didn't see much information about the XDm other than a few things here are there.

Thanks for the heads up though!

I own a bitone in black with the silver upper. I would have to say that it is one of the best firearms ive ever shot. I have put probably 500 rounds through it so far and have not had a single issue. I absolutely love the gun.

Just out of curiousity, how do the Springfields compare to Sigs in price for a comparable gun?? I'm looking at a new CC and am considering the XDm, Sig and HK.
