    Where do you get your safety checks done if you have blacked out windows or tires sticking out of the fender? I'll be moving back to HI soon and was curious? Hope I dont have to undo most of my mods.

    blacked out tint you may get away with that depends on station. how far does your rims stick out and do you have a lift? blacked out tails are illegal.

    tint is the main one most places wont pass. just your fronts gotta be legal. the rears can be as dark as you want

    X2:D yeah my friend was into the import scene although he did have a custom bad ass Expedition with at the time i think he was the first guy to put spinners(when they were in) on his Ford.
