    Some of the best wheeling I even went on in Hawaii has always been either on the big island or Kauai... The only thing Oahu has is some mud in the western point

    There is a ton on Kauai. Loop road which includes Power line. Kalaheo Dam, Kokee plus other small spots. Used to be able to go on the beach too but someone got run over so I think they made it illegal.
