These are the ones. Pretty bright, but don't daisy chain them. You wont get the full amperage unless you wire them separately. You can split the power, just make sure they all have their own direct feed. If you wire end to end, the second string wont have full brightness.

    Contacted him.... Thanks...

I would think after Iniki plenty people got bunkers and preparedness up the @ss!!!

Ordered my WaterBOB last night.. always wanted one, but just put it off. Hope to never need it... Got the Genny a couple months back (also always a want), with the tri-fuel conversion modded up..

I walked out with some spam and tuna (which I can use for the camping trip), 2 bottles of wine (cause with the wife gone for the week I got my own little cat 3 hurricanes...lol), and just some regular costco run stuff.

I could't believe the line for gas.. I went cause I was empty.. I'll probably need to go again before the week is up, so everyone in line, what?.. they just gonna sit at home till the day of?????

Water wise, I have 2, 5gal drinking coolers in the attic (for camping or fishing).. Fill it up before, and I got 10gals of water... I think enough.... lol..

Sad thing.. is the whole "not if, but when" deal.....

I don't particularly want to post the exact specs of my stash for the world to see, but I'll say that I did my monthly function check on my generators, and also function checked all of my extension cords today. Double checked inventory of propane/charcoal/gasoline, and pulled out my spreadsheet for the emergency kit. Going to go over it tomorrow, but I know most everything we could possibly need is in there. And I checked battery expectations and everything a few months ago so no problem there. Only thing in the kit that is questionable is the rolls of duct tape; they are a few years old so I need to check the adhesive. Shouldn't need the chainsaw, but I function checked it last month so it's good.

Realistically I could survive for a month by myself with what's in my closet, but I have 3 other people to take care of. And this particular time my anti was planning on staying with us Wednesday/Thursday night anyway, so we told her might as well just stay through the weekend just in case. Better to be here where we have everything, then stuck on the 2nd floor of a tiny condo by Ala Moana if the power goes.

My official analysis: I'm not entirely convinced that the first storm will be as weak as they predict, but I also don't necessarily think it will hit dead on along the lines of the current prediction. What I am curious about is if the winds from the first storm do any damage, what happens if the second storm doesn't die out..

I'm ready for the storms.. Closet full of MRE's, beer, water and toilet paper. Prob not the best idea to drink during a storm tho just in case something happens to the house lol
