I had a military hand out benchmade knife. Long story short , went to the air show at K-Bay, saw the security check, told the mp about it. He said...don't worry, at the end of the show you'll get it back. Went to get it after the show, guy wasn't there, told the other guy about my knife.....he tells me. Oh, we don't give those back! ........my thoughts... You mutha Fatha !!!

Damn i went to scotty's alignment today hoping that my alignment was out(it wanders a little to the left on the freeway) but he tells me my alignment is good(cool guy never charge me). He says my both balljoints on my lr ucas have play in them and could cause the wandering. He says it could also be the tire causing it because i just recently rotated them. With the truck on the ground, i can push the tires really hard up and down and they both have a click when i do it. Driver side click sound is little bit louder. What do you guys think?

 

Yeah if you can move the tires then probably the ball joints. I'd replace them since they aren't crazy expensive, just a pain to do.

 

side-side movement means the tie rods are worn

up-down means the BJ's are out

 

yup i worded it wrong, there is up and down play. Looks to be an easy replacement though. Would it be easier to set the truck on the frame or lower control to replace the BJ's? Also if i set the new BJ's caster and camber as the old ones, I don't need an alignment right?

 

Let me know if that falls through... I'm late to the party, but will definitely grab if that other person doesn't.

you could set it close for camber, caster should be the same because of how the LR caster settings are locked in
