I slapped this on my truck before heading to work in the morning without my precious sticker. Drove from Hawaii Kai to pearl harbor, then after work to pearl city industrial, then back to Hawaii Kai. Didn't move at all.

I added a couple strips of electrical tape to keep it from sliding.

The only problem is that it is so flat, it needs to be on a really flat surface. It probably wont work well on a stock bumper. For that I think a flexible refrigerator type magnet would work better.

 

Kewl! I did the zip tie flapping around method. I don't mind, I have a whole shitload of zip ties. I'll just put it on when we go to Kaena.
Maybe I still can do something like yours my bracket is aluminum so I might have to 3m tape magnets to it. Where did you get the magnets?

Yep. 1/8" aluminum. Very light. Miles ordered a bunch of neodymium magnets.
