I have been on the Big Island in Hawaii for 10 days now and all I can say is....I love your Island, your state and your Country!

Seriously wicked place to visit, I am very jealous you all get to call this home.

    Ps
If anyone sees a Silver rental Sentra in the Waikoloa and Kona area taking pictures of their trucks and waving like a maniac that is me. There are some awesome rigs out here but I am not sure about the small but super wide tires on a lifted truck look I keep seeing out here, is this a better combo for on the rocks or beach?

wider floats on the sand better, but with my experience wide rims is not good in rocks. I like the swampers on rocks. Wide tires kick up more stuff and eats away at parts/gas mileage.

I like the look, but for what I need, function over form. ;)

aired down 265/75r16 street tires will do better in the sand than those 15x14s lol
swampers just make em worse in the sand; you dig instead of float

the wind is crazy though, just went around and tied down everything outside

It was really clear by mid morning. but i don't have much legal vehicles, so it would have been a risk with 35x16" tires, so it stayed home. got some crawling in this afternoon too.
    wheres tomorrows adventure?
