    yes... however it could be done in a whole afternoon, if your really diligent and focused and don't make mistakes and dont like to take breaks. it took me 3 days to do mine, but i did mine very slowly. but thats why it looks almost flawless

    epoxied some threaded rods and used some twisty bolts (no clue what they are really called) oh and zip ties.... at least 6 on my rig

    yeah getting the corners looking even and nicely sanded is a pain.

    at first i did what phil did.
    now ive found you can put a long button head bolt under where the removable surround goes (so no one will see the bolt head)
