    you should really look into either Justdifferentials.com or East coast gears supply. both quoted me really good deals on built 3rd member with ARB and Gearing installed with shipping would be less then what you pay 4wp to just install locker. the routing of air lines n compressor is the easy part too

    Well I thought the show was a bust. Vendor could not make any deals talked to 4wheelparts got hella of a deal that could not pass up. Rigid industries duallys vendor wanted $170 got it for $139.99. :D

    Yeah I'm a lot happier now. Still not as awesome as last year but decent prices. Even got them to take off of the marked prices for small stuff! I payed $8 (marked for $8.50) per pair for shackle isolators ($16 on Amazon), $17 (marked for $18) for Smittybilt UFO lights ($20 on amazon) and was quoted $750 + $60 shipping on a backflip g2 that would only be $770 shipped from the bak outlet (amazon so t ship it to hawaii) and they came down to $550 + $48 shipping. Came out to $646 after shipping and tax, minus a $100 gift card puts it at $546 OTD. Overall I'm happy with my deals, just took some haggling.

    I think the difference was that last year the vendors had some wiggle room to deal, this year they were only there for show; the 4wp guys at the registers were the ones to talk to! Forget about getting the vendors to write up an order, they did way better at the register.

    IMHO a show like that you shouldn't have to "deal".. yes we are dealing with 4WP, but this isn't the flea market, or used car sales.. Just puts an even worse taste in my mouth that they made money of the average Joe. If it wasn't for that darn "fee" I would have made out close to equal as Amazon..

    The November sale some stuff is way cheaper then the truckfest. I was quoted for bushwackers 2 years ago for $460 and today at the show quoted $502.

    If they didn't have that possible "15% restocking fee". I would return all my crap just on principle. Glad some of you made out... possible some stuff had more wiggle room.

    Anyone get the deal of the day closer to closing time??? Anyone get a $150 winch or at least $150 off a winch???

    Nate: I know that $17 wasn't with a small bit of tax, but did you get them to waive the "fee".

    Yeah I agree, almost like trying to make money off all those that think they are getting a deal, without actually having to give them a deal. Probably get a lot of people with that since it's the only show like that on the island. And 4wp is one of the few places that sells this stuff.

    I like some of the guys at our 4wp store, but I get the feeling that 4wp as a buisness operates this way. Trying to make as much as they can off those who don't know.

    Out of curiosity Neil, does your receipt say anything on the top about a coupon code?

    Parking lot sale isn't bad either.
