Oh cause rpm arms is why. That's the shock position for the stampede 4x4

Just start with nano or micro. Only $100 at the most whenever you crash bad :p

With the suspension up that high, would you get more body roll on grass or on the street??

I need a little more clearance for the park, but I don't want more 2 wheel action..

Could you also get bigger tires with the higher clearance??

Yeah gonna get more roll in corners on high traction surfaces. If you use that shock position but don't want as much roll just pull out the prose spacer. Stiffer springs and oil will help too with the shocks that far in.

Bigger tires is the easiest way, but they will put more load on the motor so you would want to regear. Don't have to regear but then you want to watch your motor temps so you don't overheat. If you get bigger tires and regear, just get a pinion 3 or 4 teeth smaller.

Those 3d heli videos on youtube are nuts. It moves so fast I can't keep up. I like the one where the guy goes inverted and cuts the grass.

That looks a little too high! Make sure to check that the u joints or cvds (don't know which it has) aren't binding. Make sure it turns smoothly. if it binds it will feel jerky, and that will cause excessive drag, heating up and burning the motor/speed controller. Also, if the belly pan doesn't make contact with the ground before the shocks are fully compressed, the shocks will take the full force and blow out.
If all that checks out ok, it may feel way too soft, since now the suspension had more leverage on the shock. Should be able to run firmer springs to bring the suspension back to normal.

I locked the diffs on my revo for playing at sandys. It made a huge difference! But when you go back on pavement or even a dirt track, it handled like crap and couldn't turn. Either way, I want to see it in action!

A lot of fun today! I think total count was 1 spent spur, 2 blown axle shafts, and 1 tire coming off?

Brandon's suspension looked just like a full on LT trophy truck! It was so awesome!

Now I gotta clean the truck up again and see which bearings were squeaking..

    Need some batteries too :p

Not sure what the speed is of your E-maxx, but even with a 2C lipo, the "little" slashs can MOVE...

Looking (not at the price) of a Summit, looks slow (in comparison).. Thinking the Stampede will be my next truck.. But that thing may need a sway bar cause it has a higher center of gravity. But... even the stampede is a little guy compared to the Summit...
