Eh I really don't think so.

No stroke because symptoms went away. Even if the symptoms fit, one would think TIA

Heart attack doesn't fit either...other cardiac cause? Possibly but not an MI.

I would have to agree with USFCON... probably not a stroke since the symptoms went away, doesn't really fit for a TIA either. Cardiac is probably doubtful with those symptoms and no history, so... Anxiety perhaps? It can manifest in ways similar to what was described by the OP.

Good luck! FWIW, it is probably a good idea to at least have it checked out at a clinic (far less expensive than ER).

    Take Care

I woke up with a case of analsyphilitis. I'm pretty sure it's TW related.

sounds like you remember most of the "episode" and if you remember everything after its pretty safe to say that you did not have a seizure. there is a period of time after the seizure in which the person is post-ictal. meaning that they are of altered level of consciousness. they can not communicate properly and have no idea whats going on. would also rule out tia or heart attack. most likely a panic attack. when you have an oxygen / co imbalance your body tenses up. starting with the extremities. just to be safe talk to your parents and go to a dr. get some piece of mind. and if it does happen to be seizure related. you need to be medicated and take care of it now

i don't quite know if this helps but it sounds like i've had this happen to me once before, and it seems to happen often in my family. Vietnamese people call it "ma de" meaning demon holding. Elders say its "like" you are possessed but you lay conscious while you have no control over your body.. you can hear and see but you cant speak or move. Its kind weird...and only lasts for a short while then it suddenly ends and you're back to normal :D
